Warranty Information
Our products will stay the same for 4 - 5 years if you take care of the product by washing it with clean water and drying with a towel.
We offer 2 YEARS Gold warranty on our Bridal Jewellery, Necklace, Sitahar, Lahari and Choker. If the color of the product gets tarnished naturally within the guarantee period, we will recolor the product at our own cost.
We offer 6 MONTHS warranty on daily wear items like Mangalsutra, Chain, Bangle, Finger ring, Noa, AD Jewellery and anklet (payal).
Warranty is not applicable in case of physical or chemical damage of the product.
Physical Damage includes (but not limited to) breakage of items due to improper use, Daily wear and tear due to friction,
Chemical damage include (but not limited to) perfume, sanitizer, detergent, facial creams, etc
Warranty is not applicable on accessories like tassel, chain and boxes.
Product Care
- Wash the product with water after use and dry it with a towel.
- Avoid direct contact with sanitizer, chemicals, perfume, moisturizers etc.
Recoloring
Please contact us for recoloring the product. For products in the warranty period, we do it for free. It’s chargeable after the warranty period. You can also get it colored at any local gold jewelry shop near you.
One free recolour is provided, there after it is chargeable.
For recoloring shipping charges are borne by the customer and the customer has to ship the product back to our registered address.
